يُعدّ الوصول إلى مجتمع حيوي في السودان ركيزة أساسية في تحقيق الرؤية وإرساء أساس قوي للازدهار الاقتصادي. لذلك، فإنّ الهدف هو الوصول إلى مجتمع يعيش كل مواطن فيه حياة سعيدة ومُرضية بمستوى معيشي يضمن بيئة صحية وآمنة للعائلات، ويوفر التعليم والرعاية الصحية بمستوى عالمي.
الاقتصاد المزدهر هو الذي يوفر الفرص للجميع من خلال بناء نظام تعليمي منسجم مع احتياجات السوق، ويجهّز الشباب من الجنسين بالمهارات اللازمة لوظائف المستقبل، إلى جانب توفير فرص اقتصادية لرواد الأعمال والمشاريع الصغيرة بالإضافة إلى الشركات الكبيرة.
